OUCH! Yet so needed for this bullheaded mom! Ironically enough, as I was reading this I was getting increasingly annoyed at Lydia for interrupting me as I was trying to soak in these "important" truths. This heart needs a LOT of work!
I read this the other day on fb when someone else linked to it! SOOO, so good! Really powerful truth about the sacrificial role of mothering. Our culture is so full of "deserving our own time", "deserving a break", etc, etc....when really those mindsets are not always based on scriptural Truth! What a privilege God has given us to yield to serving our children and families each day! Definitely takes lots of prayer!
